Hey guys, we're making a few administrative changes. Instead of subscriptions going through a French stripe account, it will instead switch to be UK based. And for this we'd appreciate your help! All you need to do is update your billing details on our website, it's a very simple 1 click process and as a thank you we're giving away a very cute exclusive fox badge and cinnamon paint to match :D Thank you so much for your continued support :xqcl:
There are a few issues with the migration that we're working on. If you are having difficulties right now, try again tomorrow. The devs are working hard on fixing a lot of unexpected issues. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Also if you are unable to find the migration page, there should be an option in your settings. We are also planning to add PayPal support in the next few days. If you have gifted subs you won't currently be able to migrate as there is no active subscription going through Stripe.. Though we will keep this badge available for migrating for a while so don't worry!
