okxice, a joint venture of crypto exchange okx and nyse owner ice, reportedly filed with the sec on october 4 to offer tokenized shares of 63 nyse-listed companies. okx's current stock tokens give price exposure only and exclude u.s. users. these new tokens must carry real shareholder rights, like dividends and votes. but each company can block its listing within 30 days, and sec volume caps limit how much trading the venue can take.
