Masalahnya mah bukannya padinya, tapi pergeseran sumber karbo yang dulu beragam dan penuh diversity diubah menjadi homogen secara struktural. Keberagaman pangan dilupakan. Beberapa generasi (termasuk saya) gak familiar dengan sumber karbo yang dulu lumrah.
