68-year-old Todd Stewart screams for help as he is stabbed to death in front of his own home by a career criminal RELEASED ON BAIL 24 HOURS EARLIER.
36 year old Marcos Iriarte-Valdez has been arrested for rape, hit and run, burglary, violating a restraining order and most anything else you can think of.
In April he was charged with two counts of felony first-degree burglary after multiple home invasion robberies. He pleaded not guilty and was released on bail with an ankle monitor.
Tuesday he gets arrested for violating the terms of his release. They take the ankle monitor off him while he’s in custody. The very next day a judge orders him released once more on his own recognizance and refers him right back to monitoring. They don’t even put a new monitor on him until Friday morning…after the murder.
There is no justice for victims in Gavin Newsom’s lawless California.

Sheila Clark, President and CEO of the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association, told Congress exactly how bad the fraud has become:
“How do you put a hospice in a burrito stand in California? How do you put a hospice in a tire store? It all had to be vetted through licensure, certification, and accreditation.”
She described empty offices with months of stacked mail that somehow still passed state surveys.
Federal investigators later suspended hundreds of Los Angeles-area hospices over more than $600 million in suspected fraud.
The explosion of questionable providers happened under California’s licensing system during Governor Gavin Newsom’s tenure.
