30 yrs ago today I met @MarleeMatlin & began a wild & memorable career as her interpreter. I'm ready for 30 more! 💜
I actually got yelled at by my 9th grade teacher for pulling out of play I was cast in because I had home chores to do while my parents worked. But the real reason was that I had to get home in time for Dark Shadows!
So sad to read of the passing of Eva Marie Saint at 102. Like my producing partner, Marlee Matlin, she won an Academy Award for her debut performance and I was privileged to talk at length with her about my favorite movie, NORTH BY NORTHWEST. RIP Eva Marie Saint.
