My aspirations to developed real estate didn’t just vanish with the completion of 810 Atlantic. The desire to build housing in the community I was homeless in is serious. On top of this we open up our platforms to help create opportunities for others to do the same!

All because I really love my home. So I am hopeful that the City of Saint Paul, And in particular Ramsey County will eventually allow us the opportunity to problem solve our way to more affordable housing. Whenever they are ready, we will be as well.

See a lot of different way people are using AI in their cleaning business. We’ve been using @Lovable for a few months and it’s got to be top 2 AI tool I’ve used. We even had it sending automated response to clients. No Twilio needed.

Truth is. Growing this cleaning business is hard as fuck. Every time we get to a position where I think “fuck ya we are doing it” something wild happens that blows the whole thing up. Sometimes I wonder if god is playing a joke and I’m at the head of it.

On top of that I’m doing weekly check ins with all our cleaners to make sure SOP is followed 100% of the time. Making sure my admin stays in her very specific lane. Then get my ass up daily and sell sell sell.

I’ll be the one to say it. Whichever booking platform builds a API key that can connect to AI first, get my money and I don’t mean through zapier. Definitely would be foot all the way on the gas if I was BK. It’s the most needed thing in my life rn business wise.

Nothing beats hiring a cleaner who: Clock ins on time Completed a checklist in full And uploads high quality photos of her 1st clean. 🔥🔥🔥 1 more of those and we are back at it.

Sometimes I can’t believe we have survived 2 and a half years with no W2 2 kids Mortgage Dreams and goals of our own Where as I may not be as cash rich as some I have more time freedom and location freedom than most people ever have. Very blessed for that to be the case.

Things are finally calming down for our cleaning business. Over the past month we have had: Double digit no shows from our team 90% of the team quitting Client loss as a result And failed with our first attempt at hiring a sales person

To top that we started 2 new commercial starts a week before hell broke loose and both of those are gone. Both had issues with prior cleaning biz swapping cleaners and here we were week 2 swapping cleaners. It’s really just been a mess every single day.

I decided I’m not going to just hide until life’s better. I’ve always been transparent and showing that in these times is just as important as sharing the wins. God and my teams ability to problem solve, will lead us through this. Hope your years started off better than ours!
