She paid, demanded more, then immediately went to “I’m Black, you don’t want to give me my wings?” Staff said it has nothing to do with race and offered a refund. She refused, called the worker a “cracker bitch,” threatened to sue with Ben Crump, said she’d make it go viral, told other Black customers to walk out, and dropped “fuck you and them Trump motherfuckers.”
Classic: escalate with race and threats when the answer is no, then act shocked when service ends. Behavior matters more than the skin color card.

The FBI's Autopen Task Force submitted its first report to the acting Attorney General this morning, implicating Elizabeth Warren in about two dozen felonies.
"She wasn't just authorizing pardons," said acting AG Blanche, "To the tune of about $30 million."
Blanche said the next step will be a lengthy process of securing evidence, managing witnesses, and pulling it all together for a grand jury.
"With some patience, we can put quite a few of the perpetrators of this fraud away for a long time.

My daughter has been dealing with the same boy bullying her since 3rd grade. Now they’re in 6th grade, and it’s STILL happening.
Back in August, I emailed the school’s guidance counselor and asked that they not be placed in any classes together. To her credit, she did a great job separating them for the most part, but somehow, they still have art together.
Today, I’m filing an official bullying report with the school because enough is enough.
My daughter deserves to go to school without being harassed, feeling anxious, or having to worry about what this boy will do next.
I’ve tried to handle this the right way. I’ve contacted the school, asked for help, and given them time to address the situation.
But if this keeps happening, I might just have to schedule a little conversation with his mother. Because I’m running out of patience. 😤
Nobody should have to beg a school to protect their child.

UPDATE: Alonzo Mabry is dead.
In March, the 62-year-old was using a computer at Austin's Central Library when the man next to him, Daniel Vasquez, stood up, hit him in the head, and stomped on his skull while he lay unconscious. Then Vasquez went back to his computer.
Mabry died in hospice and Vasquez was charged with murder last week.
Before the library, Vasquez had punched a CapMetro bus driver in the mouth. That was dismissed by prosecutors.
He also punched a mother in the face in front of her 11-year-old son, then punched the woman who tried to stop him. Those were also dismissed.
DA Jose Garza's office sent him to a six-month rehab program instead. He finished in June 2025 and every charge was wiped and he went back to the street.
AUSTIN MAN walks up to a stranger using a computer on the fourth floor of the Central Library, punches him in the head so hard he's knocked out of his chair, stomps on his head multiple times while he lies unconscious on the floor -- then calmly walks back to his own computer and sits down.
The victim is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries. Police Chief Lisa Davis (@APDChiefDavis) happened to be in the building and made the arrest herself.
On a city bus in 2024, Vasquez threatened an 11-year-old boy, cocked his leg back to kick him full-force, then stood up and punched the kid's mother in the face. She's a Spanish speaker and couldn't even understand the threats. A female bystander tackled Vasquez to protect them. He punched her in the head repeatedly. All was on video.
Child endangerment charge and two assaults charges. Dismissed.
Six months before that, he punched a CapMetro bus driver in the mouth hard enough to cause a bloody laceration. During the arrest, he called an officer a racial slur and spit directly in his face. Felony harassment of a public servant. Dismissed to "pre-trial diversion."
He also had a felony terroristic threat against a public servant. Also dismissed.
His Travis County record:
• 10 cases
• 3 felonies -- all dismissed
• 4 assaults -- all dismissed
• 0 jury trials
Now someone is fighting for their life in a hospital because a man with a documented pattern of unprovoked violence kept walking out of the courthouse.
