Mark Carney on Trump: "We are looking for partnerships that are complementary, that reinforce our sovereignty. And that's what is on offer here. Nobody is going to tell us what language we speak, no one is going to dictate our culture, or with whom we can strike agreements internationally."

Jesus' harshest words in the gospels were not towards different religions or
undocumented immigrants.
Jesus' harshest words were towards the rich and religious who used God's words to justify exploitation and oppression.
Yet so many want us to believe the opposite.
“I have a message for American friends. Yes, Canada is a generous, open country and Canadians are tolerant and kind. But never mistake our generosity for weakness. Never mistake our tolerance for lack of determination. And never, never mistake our kindness for softness."

As I have said, today we honor all the victims who perished on 9/11. At this time, I would also like to mention the unsung heroes from up North, Canada.
We have had a peaceful relationship with Canada since 1812. On 9/11, Canada launched Operation Yellow Ribbon to land diverted aircraft when the U.S. closed our airspace. Canada accepted 238 diverted international flights carrying tens of thousands of stranded passengers, and offered widespread humanitarian aid (look up the town of Gander). Beyond that, twenty-four Canadians were killed in the attacks and 158 Canadian Armed Forces gave their lives serving in Afghanistan.

We honestly just need to ignore the US. Don’t comment on anything they say and just continue to move our business elsewhere

Thanks for confessing that Canada was legitimately taking reciprocal action against US tariffs. Americans need to know this.
