“If any man blocks or unfollows you, do not be upset, for you are worse than he thinks you to be, and the amazing thing is that you would have any followers at all.”

I need to remember this! 😂
I was in a store just a bit ago and there was a lady being helped ahead of me (wearing a rainbow “LOVE” shirt) who told the woman working that she lived in California.
The worker teasingly said, “Oh, I’m sorry!” and laughed.
Well…this lady got SUPER offended.😆 Angrily said, “Oh, you’re sorry, are you?” Rolled her eyes, shook her head, and dismissively said “OK….whatever!” The worker said, “Oh sorry I was just kidding”, but she would have none of it!
😆😆😆
My firearm collection is directly proportional to the decline of Western civilization.
There is no 2a in France.
Imagine: Francois hears someone breaking into his home one night. He has no gun. Gun possession, but for rare cases, is illegal. So, he grabs a golf club. He confronts the intruder hellbent on harming his family. Francois puts a 3-wood to the side of Muhammad’s head. Muhammad is hospitalized with a fractured skull and Francois is jailed for excessive use of force. What was he supposed to do? Nothing, really.
This is precisely what Democrats want here. All of your rights hang on the Second Amendment.
My little Francophile heart grieves over what’s happening in France. 🇫🇷💔😢 They’re getting a bellyful of what they ordered. So heartbreaking to watch, though!
Americans, consider this a preview.
Don’t be dumb.
Most women struggle with envy over other women’s beauty, wealth, or success. I struggle with envy over their positive pregnancy tests. 🙃

He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.
For you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.

I am convinced that we do not adequately measure the depth of evil in this world. Specifically, we are too timid to see & address the demonic wickedness of socialism, communism, & Islam.
Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father
There is no shadow of turning with Thee
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been, Thou forever will be

Created by eruption of Sunset Crater volcano in about 1064. (Sunset Crater seen to the right of pine tree in the foreground).
A bit other-worldly to ride my horse Levi on paths through the cinders.

God prescribes public executions in the Bible. They are not meant to entertain or titillate. They are meant to serve as a warning and an education for those who might be inclined to participate in the same evil acts.
I support the death penalty. God himself told Noah that those who willfully take the life of another should be executed.
The United States Army prohibits public executions, but the Pentagon does not seem to care about following its own rules.
The pagan Roman Empire relished the public spectacle of executions. Growing up overseas in an Islamic country, some executions were public. Christendom, over time, recognized that justice is not to entertain or titillate. Justice is not meant to be a spectacle.
In Ezekiel 33:11, scripture reads, “As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live.” Proverbs 24:17 echoes that for us. “Do not gloat when your enemy falls; when they stumble, do not let your heart rejoice.”
In Chapter 19 of De Spectaculis, Tertullian, one of the early post-apostolic church fathers, wrote about the public spectacle of executions in Rome. “It is good, no doubt, to have the guilty punished. Who but the criminal himself will deny that? And yet the innocent can find no pleasure in another's sufferings: he rather mourns that a brother has sinned so heinously as to need a punishment so dreadful,” he wrote.
In Confessions, Augustine wrote of his friend Alypius, who, dragged into the Coliseum to see gladiatorial fights, shut his eyes, though not his ears. Upon the cheers of slaughter, he opened his eyes to the blood, and the bloodlust corrupted him. Augustine’s writing has long taught Christians not to be entertained by the spectacle of violence, as watching it can damage you.
I support the death penalty. Public executions are soul-twisting and we should not go down that road.

BREAKING: President Trump confirms Katie Zacharia will be the next White House press secretary, replacing Karoline Leavitt.
"It is my Great Honor to have just appointed, as Press Secretary, Katie Zacharia," Trump wrote on Truth Social, praising her as a longtime supporter of his administration and the MAGA movement.
Zacharia currently serves as a senior communications advisor to Trump Media & Technology Group and previously worked as a spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security.
The announcement follows Leavitt's departure in late August, with the White House holding just two formal press briefings since she left.
Human life is so sacred that if you rise up without just cause and kill your neighbor, you forfeit all rights and privileges to your own life. God gives the forfeited life not to the victims relative for vengeance, but to the civil authorities. God has given the government the sword, and the government is to see to it that punishment is carried out. We hold to this in order to communicate to the world that we will not tolerate the murder of human beings.

Wrinkles and bodily aches are not purposeless accidents. God sovereignly orchestrates human aging to loosen our grip on earth and ready us for heaven.
I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m receiving more political texts on the daily than I ever have in my life. Is anyone else experiencing this? Apparently, I’m very important to democracy. 😅
