I believe the best OL coaches do not have to raise their voice to be heard. They raise the standard until the room has to listen.
Communicator. Teacher. The kind of coach who can get speak to the kid in the middle of the noise and make him understand the next snap. Every week I listen to him coach on the sidelines, and honestly I get locked into it myself.
