To understand China, you need to experience the real China 🇨🇳
I’m in a small mountainside village 3 hours deep in the Guizhou province, having a 16 RMB ($2.36) dinner next to a lady from one of China’s ethnic minorities
She is one of the 55 ethnic minorities in China that represents about 9% of the population. She is speaking in her local dialect that I and the local Guizhou people do not understand, although she mixes in a little bit of Mandarin here and there!
I love getting outside the major cities and coming to parts of China that few foreigners ever see!
