The decision to switch out the CCES polygons with PRES polygons during Thursday's work session went against the following parts of Policy 6010:

Old neighbors told me 1129 were in PRES walking zone 20 years ago! Why County spent transportation money on eligible walkers? Zoning a walking area should be enforced.
