It's a year to the day that I lost my best friend Adam Dearnley. I am taking on the national three peaks challenge to raise some vital funds for @CRY_UK in his memory. If you're able to spare a few quid to help us on our way, we'd really appreciate it! justgiving.com/page/three-pe…
Our Scouts have been learning life saving first aid skills after a new defib was installed at @WBMethodist in memory of beloved scout leader Adam Dearnley. You can read more about it here: westbridgfordwire.com/defibr…

Cubs from across Rushcliffe have had a fantastic day of canoeing, kayaking and sailing with the @NottsScoutsAdv today 🛶⛵
Check out this awesome poster made by Ephraim as part of his Chief Scouts Gold Award! #SkillsForLife
Because of Covid restrictions, the Scouts couldn't go to the Peak District for their expedition like normal, so we did a local expedition instead!
It was great to hear about their adventures last night
🌧️Despite the rain the Cubs were still out litter picking at Rushcliffe Country Park last night to support the fundraising efforts of @WBMethodist for #ChristianAidWeek 🌧️
If you want to sponsor them, you can do so on our just giving page!

2020 has been a strange year, we made the most of it when we could and improvised when we had to. We learnt about #ScoutingAtHome and we explored the #GreatIndoors!

Tonight @4thWBScouts are learning about internet safety, and will be channelling their inner @BenOwen42 & @PeterBleksley to uncover my social media footprint! We could have some hunters in the making! #Hunted
Two of our sections were meeting at Rushcliffe Country Park last night. Cubs were replaying their socially distanced activities from the other week with the other half of the pack and Scouts were orienteering in the dark! #BackTogetherSafely
It's good to be back!
The Scouts have been at Stonepit doing socially distanced fire lighting and making s'mores.
Each scout was given a covid safe s'mores kit, containing chocolate biscuits and marshmallows. #BackTogetherSafely

If you see Beavers, Cubs, Scouts or Explorers out and about over the coming weeks, we’re finally starting meeting again. We are classed as education and so are exempt from the #RuleOfSix, but rest assured we do have our own rules & procedures that we follow to keep everyone safe. – at West Bridgford, England
THANK YOU to all our Volunteers for enabling our fantastic adventures and creating those lifelong memories!
Whether it’s providing once in a lifetime adventures, or teaching #SkillsForLife, our inspirational @NottsScouts volunteers never cease to amaze me with their dedication and appetite for the highest quality of Scouting. A massive thank you, and happy @VolunteersWeek
