NEW EPISODE FT. DESHAWN STEPHENS🚨 We get into the makeup of both Deshawn’s road and the team’s road to taking home the title this summer. - The road to getting to Boston - How this team was structured together years ago - Almost being a member of Bivouac Appreciate those who tap in. First episode of @thebig3 offseason 🤝

BREAKING 🚨 Roster sizes will increase from five to seven players per team starting in the 2027 @thebig3 season. 5 players will dress each game day but the new rule will allow teams to decide who can fill in for players that can’t make it each week and/or are injured before the start of the season. Before the draft, each team will select their three captains along with an additional player. There will then be three rounds during the draft where teams can select three other players. Reigning champions (in this case the Boston Ball Hogs) will enter the season with all five players from last year and draft only in two of the three rounds. Thoughts on the rule change?

BREAKING 🚨 DMV co-captain and 2026 @thebig3 Rookie of the Year is returning to the Indiana Pacers. Johnson spent three seasons with the Pacers, providing that veteran presence off the bench. This past summer, Johnson won ROY honors and was named an All-Star in the BIG3 after averaging 12.4 PPG, 5.1 RPG, and 2.4 APG. Congrats James 🤝 📸 Jacob Oderberg

BREAKING 🚨 It was announced last night that former 3’s Company player Mike Sweetney passed away at 43-years-old. Sweetney was one of the OGs of the league after being drafted in the second round (No. 15) of the inaugural 2017 BIG3 Draft. He averaged 5.3 PPG and 5.4 RPG. Prior to the BIG3, Sweetney played his college all at Georgetown before being drafted 9th overall in the 2003 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks. He also played for the Chicago Bulls and played overseas. Our condolences to his loved ones. Rest In Peace 🕊️

BREAKING 🚨 Houston Rig Hands have parted ways with their head coach Calvin Murphy. Murphy, who spent two seasons with the Rig Hands, went 3-13 over the course of his tenure. Who should be Houston’s next coach? 📸 Jacob Oderberg

Boston Ball Hogs HC Gary Payton had some words for the Olympic committee following their championship run in @thebig3 👀 “We’re probably the top league in the summer. I have to talk about the Olympic league. They gotta start recognizing some of these players in our league to get us in the Olympics and make them play. And I guarantee we’ll win the Olympics and win the gold if we get these players. Especially a guy like [Jeremy Pargo]. Let him go over there and do his thing and other people in this league.” We’ve see former FIBA superstars like Dusan Bulut and Karlis Lasmanis in the BIG3 and have success but will we ever see guys from the BIG3 guys in a FIBA style setting 🤔 Would the BIG3 guys bring hope a gold? Should more FIBA players play in the BIG3? 🎥 @courtsidebuzz 📸 Jacob Oderberg
