Necromunda question: if a seriously injured fighter is hit and wounded and then they roll a seriously injured icon on the injury dice what happens? According to the rulebook - nothing but this doesn't seem right?! #necromunda

Re-highlighted the synth suit and happier now. Also highlighted the sword sheath and gun. Plus I painted the skulls on the gun and suit I had missed!
