Wow. I’m out at a popular local bar/restaurant, local place that I like to support. Wife’s home. I passed through to get tacos for taco Tuesday at the bar and everyone around me does not know X. The convos are making me feel dumb. One is an elementary teacher.

Starbucks Coffee Japan Co. launched a mobile payment product called Starbucks TouchThe Pen, a ballpoint pen with embedded contactless payment technology, according to a company press release. The pen, developed in cooperation with Zebra Corp., uses dark brown water resistant gel ink, inspired by Starbucks Coffee. It’s based on FeliCa contactless payment chips from Sony Corp., which originally launched in 2015, and lead to earlier product releases, including keychains and iPhone cases.

In one of my first jobs I said "That's what she said" in response to a female co-worker which was highly appropriate and timed perfectly. She went and told HR. I had to go to a weeks work of sensitivity training because of it. Great move Ryan!
