Lastly had an alcohol-free October. Alcohol-free substitutions were great for weekend treats (they added variety to water, tea & coffee!). Otherwise really didn’t miss it.
Feeling great all-round; physically and mentally fitter, and much happier. 🇷🇴

I’ve socialised without alcohol. Not sure I am ready for a dry mess do yet though. That said I consider my attitude to alcohol as changing. Next is to look at my sleep patterns. All good stuff though.

I hope so. It’s been an incredibly tough year and this app really keeps me in check. I’m the first to admit I love a drink, so I’m glad to be held accountable. I recommend it to all!

Inspired by the @Official_REME ‘Lifting the Decks’ MH challenge & @4Alpha1 I have took part in Stoptober. Lost a little weight, feel a little better, saved a little cash and have had more active mornings with the kids. All in all a positive experience. Thanks to all.
