This is f*king insane. SpaceXAI engineer Lauren Tan:
"250 applications over two years. Not one offer
Then he showed up running 20 agents and got a $500K offer"
In this 1-hour workshop, Lauren shows how to build a Grok Bot team that delegates work and verifies the results
Grok Bot → Chief of Staff → Managers → Workers
A chat window gives you one bot. An agent team gives you a system
This free workshop is worth more than most $800 agent engineering courses

Grok now plans 15 meals for my family each week and does my grocery shopping.
I've spent a decade (and a ridiculous amount of effort) trying to automate this: a 8 week meal plan spreadsheet, a vibe-coded app, and now a custom Grok bot.
I've finally reached the promised land.
My grok bot: maintains a recipe library of recipes in Markdown files, creates a weekly meal plan printout, and gives me a shopping list which I can paste into ChatGPT, which fills my Instacart.
Here is the @bot template complete with access to the recipe library. Let me know what you think.

This was almost way too easy, @natfriedman @alexandr_wang 😮
I turned my Xteink eReader into an always-on Muse pocket display for Calliope (my Muse) to display itself and show status updates.
And this attaches with MagSafe to my phone, so I can always see relevant updates from Muse by just turning my phone around.
The setup flow in the Muse app was super smooth and you can just ask Muse to load or automate content on the display.
I genuinely love the hacker-friendly aspect of this. Well done.

It's never been easier or cheaper to start a profitable home service business than it is today. I promise.
I'll let you in on one little secret, that costs $0, that will almost guarantee your phone rings without paid ads.
Here it is: Google Business Profile Updates. It's like Twitter for your Google listing.
Once your profile is optimized and you're up and running, just "check in" with short updates at whatever address you're either quoting or doing a job at.
The more check-ins in your targeted areas the better. Get my drift?
Quoting a fencing job?
Take a pic of the yard, upload the address (it'll be kept private) and pic and write,
"It's a beautiful day here in Dallas. Just quoting a 6' cedar privacy fence job. Fingers crossed!"
Google will learn that:
A. You care enough to update your profile
B. You are actively quoting jobs in that area
And it will boost you in the organic rankings for people searching in that area.
Below are before and after pics of our company's search result ranking. Not from paid ads, we're just checking in at job sites.
If you do these 3 things well...
1. Get a lot of REAL 5 star reviews
2. Make daily updates in your Google Business Profile
3. Be patient (it takes months, but you need time to learn anyway)
...you can build a 6-8 figure company, depending on your area and the vertical you choose, while ignoring every other marketing channel.
Adding more marketing channels over time will add another zero to that.
Tree trimming is a $500M industry in DFW alone.
Operating the biz is the hard part, marketing it shouldn't be.
They don't answer their phone, you will.
They think reviews are the end all be all, but you know better.
They don't have a website, yours is well optimized.
There are over 500 home service verticals, just go pick one.
Would love a follow @mhp_guy if you found this helpful.
We pay a guy to manage the automation of our check ins and to produce the maps so we can see where we stand.
He cold emailed me a while back and it worked.
I guess cold emails aren't a waste of time!

If Carney pulls that off it’d be incredible.
It would allow:
-Canadians to visit and *work in* the EU/EEA visa free.
-Canadian defense companies to be a priority provider in Europe.
-Europeans to have visa free tourism in Canada and accelerated immigration.
-Open up Canada to competition in banking which is currently a monopoly.
-Expand free trade agreements in the EEA which has a very different product footprint than Canada.
All while not taking on the economic risk of having the Euro because it’s only an associated member.
It benefits Europe.
But it REALLY benefits Canada.
Anyone who has anything bad to say about this is parroting talking points without understanding any of the economic or policy impacts.
