Because Obama and Brennan ran CIA operations against President Trump and his aides from the UK, with help from British intelligence chiefs. The CIA cannot operate against American citizens in the US, let alone against an opposing political campaign. So Obama's friends in the UK helped him to target Donald Trump. Richard Dearlove, former head of British intelligence, Christopher Steele, who worked for Dearlove, Stefan Halper, Brennan's CIA operative based in the UK, numerous others. CIA station chief in London was Gina Haspel, who later covered up all the evidence. She worked with Alan Kohler who became the head of FBI counterintelligence and raided President Trump's home, Mar-a-Lago to steal and hide Russiagate documents.
