You'd not see this video if he were in on the deal...
Asari Dokubo alleges: “Olu of Warri, Tompolo and Osahon Idahosa collect ₦2.7tn yearly from FG via pipeline contracts.”
He says Tompolo is involved but gets far less than claimed; he himself has no stake.
Claims Arthur Eze once held the deal; saw an Orji Uzor Kalu–owned vessel in their waters.

When 95% of them don't have 500k in their account.
People like you genuinely miss the context of the whole conversation.
When 90% of people say N100 million does not make you “rich,” they are not saying it because they already have that amount. They are saying it because N100 million, and the currency itself, no longer buys much.
With $1 million, you are rich almost anywhere in the world. The same is not true of every currency. People sitting on n100 million in this country are still panicking, because one Tinubu policy can wipe out 30% of that money overnight.

This is the home of a minimum-wage earner in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
Their children have access to free, world-class public education.
So, when people leave the country in search of a better life, don’t be too quick to blame them.
Sometimes, people are simply searching for a society where their hard work can guarantee them a decent life and a better future for their children.
Our politicians have failed the people terribly. Their wickedness and selfishness have consequences.

Good evening @FRSCNigeria
This is a Nigerian citizen driving over 200km/h on a shared road. This young man is endangering lives for clicks.
This is a jailable offence with revoked driver's licence.
People like this boy and DJ Chicken shouldn't be plying our roads.
You can do proper research and still cry.
I just dey see different advice on my TL today 😂
“Don’t miss the Dangote Refinery IPO for anything in the world.”
“Don’t buy any IPO. Remember SpaceX.”
My head won scatter 😂😂 Which advice are we following like this? Are we buying or not?
Before making any investment decision, make sure you do your proper research. If not, you will cry. 😭
200m you're not using and 2/3 other businesses...
There's no way on this earth this makes sense.
Have 200m n jumping danfo up and down. If you die, next of kin will buy car before buries you.
Anything and everything to weep for Nigerians.
This happens all the time if you're very familiar with Gerrard, Ikoyi. And it's never because of an obstruction. Just people are trying tp connect from inner roads.
But yeah, most of you hate Nigeria
Lol, like Will Smith.
You will suffer as a man.
Girl to Girl,
You see what ODUMODU is doing? That’s exactly how a man who loves you shows up for you. It only appears shameful because it’s on the internet. In real life, men show up like this and more.
Forget the rubbish men are throwing at him, they know the truth, most of them are either damaged or pretending.
I just pray that she never gives him a reason to second guess her loyalty to him. Trey him as a king forever!

WHY I BOUGHT GUINNESS NIGERIA AT ₦69 WHEN TOLARAM OFFERED ₦81.60
By Asalu Adegboyega Yinka
Tolaram acquired a 58.02% stake in Guinness Nigeria at ₦81.60 per share in June 2024 in a transaction valued at approximately $70 million. In March 2025, Tolaram launched a mandatory offer to minority shareholders at the same ₦81.60 per share and subsequently acquired an additional 281,099,431 shares for approximately $17 million, increasing its ownership to 70.86%.
Interestingly, the acquisition announcement was one of the reasons I became interested in Guinness Nigeria. I purchased 6,800 shares at ₦69 in 2024 because I noticed that a strategic investor was willing to acquire a controlling stake in the company at ₦81.60 per share.
For me, this was not primarily a fundamental or technical analysis decision. It was simply common-sense investing: if an experienced strategic investor was prepared to commit substantial capital to acquire Guinness Nigeria at ₦81.60, I was comfortable taking a position below that price and waiting to see how the investment story developed.
By March 2025, Guinness Nigeria was trading around ₦74 in the secondary market, while Tolaram was also offering minority shareholders ₦81.60 per share through the mandatory offer.
I received the mandatory offer documentation more than ten times, but I consistently rejected the offer because I remained bullish on the long-term prospects of the stock. I was not interested in selling my shares at ₦81.60 when I believed the market had the potential to value the company significantly higher.
Today, Guinness Nigeria trades at approximately ₦384.80 after reaching a high of ₦499 in April 2026.
Using the current market price, my 6,800 shares are now worth approximately ₦3.3million. Against my original investment of about ₦604,270 at ₦69 per share, that represents an unrealized capital gain of roughly ₦2.7million, excluding dividends and other transaction costs.
The bigger lesson for me is not simply about the return on Guinness Nigeria. It is about paying attention to what sophisticated investors are doing with their own money. While some Nigerians, including Nigerians living abroad, remain highly skeptical about investing in Nigeria and sometimes discourage others from participating in the Nigerian capital market, foreign investors are actively identifying opportunities and putting their money to work here.
