And we hit our 7480 $SPX target precisely, followed by a 100-point drop from that level.
Hope everyone who shorted it made some good money. 💰
Weekly plan for $SPX:
Looking for a test of the 7470–7480 $SPX resistance zone, followed by a sell reaction that could lead to new weekly lows at the 7340–7350 support zone. If 7330 is broken, the week turns more bearish, with selling likely extending toward the 7310–7315 support zone at a minimum.
Resistance levels are at 7470–7480. A sustained break above 7480, followed by 7495, would turn the weekly outlook bullish and target the 7530–7540 resistance zone, where another sell reaction is likely.

Weekly plan for $SPX:
Looking for a test of the 7415–7420 $SPX zone, followed by the 7395–7400 zone if the bears are motivated enough. A buy reaction could occur at either level. If both zones are broken, the next major support is at 7360–7370.
Resistance levels are at 7520–7530 and 7555–7565 (major). A sustained break above 7565 would turn the outlook for the week more bullish.

Weekly plan for $SPX:
Looking for a test of the 7595–7600 $SPX zone, followed by the 7635–7645 $SPX zone if the bulls are motivated enough, where a sell reaction could occur at either level. If both levels are cleared, the next major resistance zone is 7675–7680 $SPX.
Support levels are at 7515–7525, 7480–7490 (major), and 7460–7465. A break below 7450 would turn the week more bearish.

Weekly plan for $SPX:
Looking for a test of the 7540/45 $SPX zone (or 7590/7600 in #ES, which could be reached overnight). If that level clears, the next major resistance zone is 7595/7610 $SPX, where a sell reaction could occur.
Support levels are at 7435, 7415/20, and 7390/7400 (major). A break below 7390 would start to turn the weekly outlook bearish.

Weekly plan for $SPX:
Looking for a test of 7495 then 7515 and 7535 SPX, where a sell reaction could occur at any of those levels. Above those levels, we will handle the market in real time for our members.
Key support levels are 7390, 7350 and 7290–7300 SPX. A break below those levels would make the outlook more bearish, and we will manage that scenario in real time for members.

Recap of this week’s plan:
In last weekend’s weekly outlook, we were looking for an early-week bounce followed by a selloff later in the week toward the 7300 area and below.
That scenario played out almost exactly as anticipated.
In addition, we identified a Turning Day for our members yesterday, which marked this week’s low and has produced a strong bounce so far.
I’ll be posting my outlook and levels for next week over the weekend.
Have a great weekend.
Weekly plan for $SPX:
Looking for an early-week bounce, potentially from 7320/25 or 7345/50, followed by more downside later in the week toward 7300 or lower.
Resistance levels are 7440/45, 7495, 7510, and 7525/30.

Levels are dynamic and change throughout the week. Updated daily levels and trade plans will be posted in our Discord.

Coming back to the statistics I posted on Saturday for cases where $VIX spikes more than 30% or $SPX drops more than 2%:
Today’s high: 7466 vs. median projection of 7463–7468
Today’s close: 7405 vs. median projection of 7403–7410
Today’s low: 7395 vs. the 80th percentile range of 7393–7394
Price sold off into the close and tagged the historical 80th percentile low almost exactly.
Accident? Coincidence? I don’t think so.
The beauty of mathematics and statistics.
Mean, median, 20th and 80th percentile statistics for the low, high and close of the day after $SPX drops >2%, $VIX spikes >30%, and when both conditions occur together.
Historically, these stats suggest Monday’s low should be around 7325–7350 on $SPX, followed by a strong bounce.

We’ll be posting the next 5-day statistics and detailed analysis in our Discord.

Since many followers found the statistics on Mondays following large $SPX selloffs and $VIX spikes interesting, here’s another observation:
When we add a filter requiring the event day to occur on a Friday, the historical statistics for the following Monday become even more bullish, with the median low coming in around 7350/60 on $SPX.
You can find the full statistics in the tables below.
Of course, these are just historical statistics and there is no guarantee the market will follow the median outcome. However, by definition, there is a 60% probability that the outcome falls within the 20th–80th percentile range.

Today’s selloff was triggered by the loss of the major 7500–7510 support zone on $SPX. Bulls attempted to defend 7440 and generated a bounce, but that effort ultimately failed.
There have been several important new technical developments across the short-, medium-, and potentially longer-term timeframes.
I’ll be posting my weekly plan this weekend here. A detailed outlook, key levels, specially in medium term, and upside/downside targets will be shared with our paid members in Discord.

Recap of today:
Very nice day in our Discord. We added long today at around 7590 #ES_F at reclaim and backtest of a TL and VWAP.
Took some profit at 10/15 points and left the runner which played out very nicely for 30 points profit.
Big picture: #ES_F is still bullish as long as today’s low holds and no lower than 7550/55 ES.

Recently we added automated dynamic daily, weekly and monthly algos for #ES_F (as well as #NQ_F, #GC_F, #CL_F, and Magnificent 7 stocks such as $NVDA and $TSLA) for our members.
One important use for these models is identifying potential extreme ranges for the day, which can be particularly useful for 0DTE option sellers. These levels tend to hold on the vast majority of days (including news-driven sessions like today ) while still remaining close enough to be actionable.
For example, today’s ES high was 7586.5 versus our weekly dynamic high at 7589 posted yesterday (see screen shot).
We also added a dynamic daily algo that updates every hour and is especially useful for active day traders. Look at the reading of the first hour for $SPX after the news hit today, 7568.72 vs 7568.43 high. To the penny.
Accident? I don’t think so. You can’t make this up.
Overall, this has been a major improvement to our service, and I hope our members are enjoying it.
Power of data science and math. 🚀
