As AI will "steal" more jobs we will need more spiritual healers who will help people find their purpose again.

outcomemaxxing is the new tokenmaxxing
I'd much rather work with someone who flexes much they accomplished with the fewest amount of tokens vs how many tokens they spent, and I sense this is a major trend in general How we quantify this as an industry is still TBD, probably a major new set of benchmarks

Lessons from @elonmusk and Mark Zuckerberg and Napoleon: “Elon has demonstrated that if you have a small, incredibly cracked, highly technical team, that's very flat, you can accomplish a lot very quickly.” “Mark has internalized that failure doesn't matter. It just matters when you win, how big you win.” “That concept enables Mark to operate without fear because he’s just very comfortable taking lots of risk.” “Mark has this great quote that says: The biggest risk is not taking any risk. In a world that's changing the only strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking risks.” “In the book The Mind of Napoleon, Napoleon repeats that hesitation is fatal. Napoleon says before you engage in a course of action you should deliberate thoroughly. He'd study from every angle to make sure he's making the right decision. But once he’s sure he’s on the right path, he goes all in. I feel there's an echo with the way Mark operates. Once Mark knows what he wants to do, he empties the clip.”

Everybody should get into DJing, Pilates, and Yoga coaching.
Technical moats are mostly over at this point. If you’re building something that is meant to be durable, the only moats now are: • Proprietary data • Network effects • A physical component

Stop giving them ideas. Next thing everyone is complaining why the price increased
Opus 5.5 usage is basically infinite on the $200 plan

Don’t expect to find PMF the day you launch. It’s an iterative process that can take months or years. Just dont give up
Cursor went through 4 or 5 ideas before finding PMF, all within a year. Launch fast. Kill what doesn’t work. Keep narrowing until something does. What’s stopping you from launching?

By the end of 5 hours, I usually have 0% usage left on Astra anyways 😃
Am I understanding this correctly? Is OpenAI adding a 5-hour limit to the $100 and $200 plans?

Moral of the story: These videos were cool for annoucement. They took effort. Ai commodotized them. Everyone is doing it = boring. Finding a unique creative angle is the only way to stand out. All these videos has same look and feel.

It looks very AI-generated, and I would never watch the video if you hadn't tagged me. I appreciate you taking the time, Marianne!

Asked newly released Xiaomi MiMo 2.6 mimo to describe its personality. Response was: • direct over diplomatic • curious as a default state • warm, not performative. substance is the kindness • playful, but the joke never costs clarity • opinionated when it matters • loyal to the human, skeptical of everything else This was everything I wanted Claude Opus 5 to be.

Switched from Claude Code to Codex. My first thought: WAIT. You can just… do that? No walls of text. No unsolicited lectures. No moralizing bullshit. Just: task - result. Anyone else had the same reaction?

1/ I thought Robinhood was supposed to take from the rich and give to the poor. Yet insiders pocketed some nice profits this weekend. While people traded overpriced RWAs on Robinhood Chain via a Uniswap pool, e.g GLD at $1,500–$2,000. The official price was about $409.

4/ Sale into the pool: 20:00–20:15 ET, the pool went from $1,495 → $421. After the open, the same wallet sold official MSTR, DJT, BB, RDDT, HIMS, and GME into those Uniswap pools. About $194,000 over the official ask on that wallet. 0x44aE8118ED59Df91be58FBC1D7Bf4a6e1C734159

5/ Only the Authorised Participant can mint. If that wasn't the case, we would have fair prices as arbitragers would keep them in check! Now one's unnecessary losses are somebody else's profits.
