Only taxis got that kinda wear and tear. They also brought cars who can handle it and had repair shops designed to keep them running. Putting 35k miles on a Honda Civic or Ford Focus in 1 year is crazy just to deliver burritos. In 4 years them cars is done.

Kelly Shields was driving on Route 50 in late August when she saw a car smashed all the way to the steering wheel, with the driver unconscious. She immediately pulled over and checked for the man’s pulse before removing him from the smoking car. Shields, of Arnold, then called 911 and started asking him questions as he slowly gained consciousness.
The Broadneck High School senior is working toward her certified nursing assistant and certified clinical medical assistant certifications at the Center of Applied Technology South. For her actions that day, she received citations from Democratic Gov. Wes Moore, the Anne Arundel County Council, the county Board of Education and the county police department at the Wednesday school board meeting.

I don't agree with the last part, but the first is true. Even if you choose not to scheme, realize that most people are and no one will help.
The fact that The Breakfast Club/iHeart Media had Cesar Pina on as a guest more than ONCE, and allowed DJ Envy (his business partner) to use the show, which attracts a predominantly Black audience - to encourage listeners to invest life savings in to their venture which later turned out to be a scam which included money laundering , is a conversation worth having. But platforms/blogs geared towards predominantly Black audiences seem to want avoid having this conversation. Hmmmm… 🤔😏
