All other airlines were functioning and at least had representation at gates! United had no one around unless you exited the concourse, go to the checkin counter and go get screened again. The departure times weren't updated. Someone showed up around 5pm and the line was insane. Everyone felt abandoned by @United. ☹️ – at South San Francisco, CA
