Nature is an essential part of health and social care.
Daily contact with nature is linked to better health, reduced levels of stress and improved concentration. We'd love to hear your stories.
What is it about spending time in nature that gives you a boost? 💚 👇

But, please don't swim in reservoirs, rivers, lakes and canals.
Cold water kills. It's not worth the risk
