THEY HID THE DEAD
This is fucking outrageous. As suspected, Trump and Pete Hegseth have been LYING to the American people. At least 22 U.S. service members have died in Trump's catastrophic war of choice against Iran.
The Pentagon's public database still pretends the number is 18. Officials who see the internal casualty data say it's at least 22. One says 23. Three American contractors are dead too. Those extra troops are not a clerical glitch. They are people who died while this war was underway, and the public list does not include them.
This is the same play they ran in July. Four names vanished from the official count after troops were killed in Jordan and Iraq. "Data disruption." Then the names came back under a different heading so Operation Epic Fury would look smaller. Now we're supposed to trust the sanitized number while people inside the building say the real toll is higher — maybe much higher.
Dover still gets the flag-draped cases. The country gets a cooked spreadsheet. If those additional service members died, their names belong on the same list as everyone else killed since February 28. Splitting categories, stalling names, and letting 18 sit on the website while internal numbers say otherwise is not fog of war. It is treating American dead like a political problem to be managed.
Put the real number out. Name them. Stop hiding bodies behind "Overseas Operations" and anonymous accounting. Eighteen was already a damning number. Understating the number of service members who actually paid the ultimate price is an unforgivable betrayal.

BREAKING: Exxon Mobil has shut down one of the largest diesel refineries in the Midwest, which produces ~11 million gallons of gasoline and diesel fuel per day, due to outage issues.
This comes as diesel prices have already surged nearly 90% this year and the US has entered peak diesel demand season.
We expect to see diesel prices push toward $7.00/gallon.

It is so egregious that Michigan and LSU have never played each other in college football!
@UMichFootball and @LSUfootball please make a home and home series happen!
Reporter: The elephant in the room tonight, or lack thereof—
El-Sayed: No, the elephant was not in the room. The elephant decided that they did not want to be in the room. The elephant cowarded out. Although the elephants were all in the room in Dallas.
It’s wild to me that this guy is more interested in going to speak for, what, six minutes and 48 seconds in Dallas than he is to have 60 minutes with Michiganders here in Detroit.
But it tells you who he is. He’s a coward.
So if I were him, I wouldn’t debate me either.
Reporter: So did you buy his excuse for not wanting to be here?
El-Sayed: What was his excuse? He’s in Florida?

Ron Weasley yelling “Expensive Petroleum” while filling up his car might be the peak of comedy 🤣
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The video shows UK stonemason Lewis Parker, a Rupert Grint lookalike, in a staged skit he filmed himself—not the actor or character.
