Even if a "requirement" is missed, the Dutch appeal can allow a full de novo review (a second chance function) to enter brand new evidence, fix gaps, and reload. The system keeps costs strictly capped, meaning billionaires cannot bleed the claimants dry.
This is a multi-year siege. The floodgates are primed and accountability has to start somewhere!

Can you PLEASE ADD synthetic folic acid to your ingredients lists online.
The Folic Acid Government mandate becomes LAW on the 13th of December.
This means that "Folic Acid" MUST be added to all UK white flour, & white flour makes the pastry that goes into thousands of British food items.
The Government asked that UK flour millers start adding this as far back as 2024 (two year transition period) which means most UK white flour has this ALREADY INCLUDED.
So, are you M&S not aware of this?
Do the manufacturers of your products not ADVISE you of the synthetic folic acid content of the flour they use, to make your products?
Or will you just add the INCLUSION of folic acid AFTER the mandate date has passed, when most people will have already have bought or ordered their Christmas shopping from you?
Just to stay within the confines of the law?
IF your products are made using white UK flour, which has folic acid INCLUDED, it should be reflected on your ingredient list.
Please keep your customers informed.
