@TUIUK @TUIGroup Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from tui, have been downgraded from a 5 star to a 4 star hotel. No hint of compensation. Even though there are 5 star hotels available for us to stay at. Customer service is disgusting. YOU ARE BREAKING THE ABTA CODE OF CONDUCT!!!
