Really interesting (second) course with @360_Scouting
We tested 1,000+ scouts again, and found many top scouts looking for their next step, on 4 continents (but mostly in Europe). Here's what we did. โคต๏ธ
๐ป In the image, you'll see the location of the top 20 scouts in the process, tested anonymously (so without knowing which answer came from whom). We're now in the stage of meeting most of them in a video call to learn more about the person behind the scout.

This creates mutual understanding. Coaches understand that it's not that easy to find exactly what they want (and ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฏ they needed - more about that later). And the recruitment team better understands what the coaches need to strengthen the squad.
