I'm not sure enough people understand the scale of the cancer crisis in this country.
It's alarming.
Millions of checks missed, thousands of treatments delayed and many, many cancer patients suffering.
Where's the emergency press conference for them?

Can’t believe it’s nearly lockdown again already. Swear it gets earlier and earlier every year. I walked past a house earlier and he was already watching tiger king and downloading house party. ITS ONLY SEPTEMBER FFS. For me lockdown doesn’t start until I see my 1st banana bread

Really sensible stuff from the Welsh Government in comparison to England with these new rules.
Children aged 11 and under will be excluded and up to 30 people can still meet outdoors.
It makes far more sense and I think people will be more willing to follow it because of that.

Dear @BorisJohnson
On behalf of everyone who has played ball for 6 months, but who’s patience is now wearing extremely thin, do you actually have any fucking idea whatsoever as to what you’re doing?
There’s only so long we’ll tolerate these nonsense rules.
Yours,
Britain

I'm asking those who’ve served their community as NHS, Police, Fire or other key worker to join the challenge of posting a picture of yourself in uniform. Just a picture, no description. The goal is to flood Twitter with positive photos instead of negativity 🙏🏼

No I find it hard too. Very much appreciate it from the public but seeing politicians who have decimated us over the years, stand and clap, makes me feel so angry. Many colleagues have said the same thing

Fun wordy fact of the day for kids: the first freelancers were knights who weren’t attached to any single lord and master, and so were *free* to use their *lances*, or weapons, for anyone who paid them. #homeschooling

We have written to government asking for both support and clarification as to how the proposed contingencies for businesses might apply to mobile caterers. You can see the letter in full, as well as other related advice and guidance by clicking here. ncass.org.uk/coronavirus/let…

As more and more people will lose their jobs / ability to earn a living in all sectors and industries we urgently need a solution / rescue package to ensure everyone can pay their rent, buy food and live a decent life until this situation is over.
