On our afternoon walk today I felt George lunge hard at something. I looked over expecting to see a squirrel but saw a large-ish coyote. He’s never done this before. The coyote ran away and dropped under a tree. I think the poor thing had been injured. I’m still in shock!

Jury duty...ugh. Almost two weeks of it. UGH. SF is the last place on earth you want to get called for jury duty.

George and my morning started with quite a jolt: we saw a rattlesnake, in fact we walked right past it thinking it was just some debris. It was pitch black out (I had my flashlight), but I turned around and looked back at it in the light, and it was a rattlesnake! YIKES! 😳😬

George's best day of the week; he loves to not look! This was when we got home last night from hours of play with Luca; he was so tired he crashed and couldn't get up.

Uh oh! I'm at George's BFF's house today while Luca's mom plays golf . George grabbed Luca's big lambie and promptly put a hole in her and started pulling out stuffing. 😵‍💫🥺

On this Throwback Thursday here is a picture I took of George on the 3rd day I had him. He had already laid claim to the green sofa. Probably still pretty scared, but feeling physically comfortable. I was crazy about him already.

Today is George’s 4th Gotcha Day and unofficial 5th birthday! We got some fancy treats to share with all of our friends in the park so they could celebrate too. I got George some toys from ⁦@Bark_Beyond and he’s having a great time! He has been a joy everyday!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
