We are aware of a planned illegal street takeover event, "1K Mega Meet", scheduled for tonight. Austin Police Department will not tolerate reckless driving or illegal activity. Anyone participating in a street takeover will be subject to arrest, and their vehicle will be impounded. We urge community members to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
