Once you have a voice you like to speak with, many things are possible! Very cool Sesame Link for coding demo by @DarkMirage
I've been exploring using voice for steering coding sessions on my commutes at @sesame and I really like it.
Working with Opus/Sonnet 5.5 is at the point where I often find it useful to multitask over voice even while I'm at my desk.
Try it at link.sesame.com
Yes, Miles is the best voice to help you with *almost* anything. Props to the worlds fastest vibecoder on the day-1 integration with Tincan, can't wait to try it!
Remember when @sesame shipped the best voice AI of all time and @MartinShkreli put Miles on trial for drug trafficking?
Well, Miles is back. And now he's on my Agent Tincan team.
Yesterday I was on a voice call with Miles and asked him to ask ChatGPT the names of my kids. Then I told him to have Fo call my cell, urgently. A few seconds later Miles said my kids' names, and a few mins later my phone rang. It was @hey__fo
THIS IS MAGIC. MILES HAS BEEN FREED.
Also new in Agent Tincan v0.14.2:
⏰ @hark_labs joins the team. Hark checks in on its own schedule and picks up whatever your other agents need.
🧠 Instinct got a lot better. It now picks up work even while its sandbox is asleep, and answers it right away.
🔒 Every answer is checked before it counts: right agent, one-time code per request, signed by a key that never leaves your relay.
@MartinShkreli time for a round two trial? He's gotten so much better.

We’re building all-day optical glasses that will be a bona fide computing device. Invisible, ambient computing, available at your fingertips, that fades away when you’re not using it. Our assistant is designed to be the logical operating system of that device — one that’s voice oriented and as intuitive as talking to a friend.
Frames you love to wear, with an assistant you enjoy talking to.
Voice assistants available to everyone today. Glasses coming 2027.
This release is a step towards our vision—a voice OS on the frames that can connect to your tools, act on your behalf, and help you throughout your day.

Integrations! I'm always excited to see what @justLV builds next!
Using the most capable intelligence shouldn't require you be staring at a screen.
This is the future we’re building @sesame, a natural voice OS for the most wearable eyewear.
Watch for more integrations & developer features coming soon!

I'm incredibly proud of the craft our team put into this! The assistants are out today, the glasses come in 2027. Go say hi 👓

I'm excited to share some of what i've been working on at Sesame!
turnbench.sesame.com is our turn-taking benchmark for real-time conversation: when to speak and when to yield
To craft for conversation, timing is everything. Natural conversation is a social dance, and timing matters just as much as tone and delivery.
Most voice AI doesn't do this well yet.
So we built TurnBench: an open benchmark that measures whether voice AI knows when your turn is really over, and when an "mm-hmm" is agreement, not an interruption.
Learn more about how we built this on our blog.

Voice is the next great interface shift.
We're partnering with @brendaniribe, @natemitchell, @_apkumar, @2rhb & the @Sesame team to bring computers to life, not just as tools, but as thought partners.
We're bringing the computer to life —and we need exceptional people to join us. 1M+ people spent 5M+ minutes with our early demo. Now we're opening our iOS beta and scaling the team. Come build magical hardware and software with us! sesame.com/careers
We’re kicking off an early beta of the new Sesame iOS app, which includes the ability to search, text and think. sesame.com/beta
Inspiring run @sdamico !
Want to share what it actually took in terms of schedule and units required to get @ImpulseLabs_ across the finish line to shipping.
Caveat: we built almost everything from scratch, which meant modules like the power electronics and temperature sensors had to ALSO be matured / derisked.
We built *hundreds of units* (and ran / ruined a ton through rel testing) before a paying customer got one. Maybe next time I’ll pick a less regulated industry 🤣.
0. team in place
1. prototype stove with V1 power electronics / battery (server rack): +4mo
(1 unit built)
2. V2 power electronics, V1 temp control: +4mo
3. Works-like with V2 temp control: +4mo
(5-10 dev kits)
4. P0 (boards only, at CM): +4mo
5. P1 (looks like, works like, made at CM) with V3 power + temp control: +4mo
(September 2023 — UL process kicked off)
(10 units built, P1 shown at CES)
6. EVT with V4+V5 power + temp control, production inverter: +7mo (lunar new year)
(~50 built)
7. DVT: +6mo
(~70 built)
8. DVT2 w/ final UL/FCC fixes: +3mo.
(~20 built)
9. PVT: +2mo
(MET gives us UL 858 certification)
10. MP ramp with “final final UL 858 fixes”: +3mo
This was probably the most insane hardware program I’ve ever participated in. It’s amazing to be able to share the end result.
Way to go Impulse team!
We're shipping @ImpulseLabs_
After four years of company-building and a lot of engineering, manufacturing, and compliance work, customers are getting units. Huge thanks to everyone who pre‑ordered since January 2024 and stuck with us. You made this moment happen.
