The league's own GMs don't think Wemby is the best center in the NBA. All offseason, people called him the face of the league and the next unstoppable force. The people who actually build rosters voted Jokic, and it wasn't close. He was supposed to take over in June too. Instead the Spurs blew a 29-point lead and didn't win a home game in the Finals. Wingspan and highlights don't make you the best at your position. Winning when it matters does.
