Post tokenized US equities as collateral. Borrow USDC at a flat 50% LTV. Pay 0% interest for as long as you hold the loan.
The lender is paid out of covered call premium written weekly against that collateral, not out of a rate the borrower pays. That is the whole trick.

looking back, it wasn’t just computer science, or just law, or any of those alone, which put me on my path in web3 today.
it was everything together.
today i shared that with these new builders.
that they have permission to think big. and to think different. to bring experiences and perspectives from their own lives into what they create.
when i first got into bitcoin 11 years ago we couldn’t build on it.
today, we can.
and that means the opportunities are vastly different.
by the end of this talk, we’d covered how to use clarity to build on bitcoin. and even written our own custom smart contracts to deploy on @Stacks.
and i heard ideas i had never come across before.
this is what it’s all about.
and i’m truly honoured to be in a position to bring all these new builders into the community.
