If Dan Tehan wants to prevent students from failing subjects, invest in improving youth mental health support. Increase welfare permanently so students aren’t breaking their backs trying to make ends meet, especially young carers. Failing is a SYMPTOM, not the problem itself.

instead of congratulating an outlet with an abusive history toward survivors that’s now covering #metoo, hold them accountable why are all the other stories here worthy of acknowledgement but if the abuser is somehow “necessary” you ignore the incredibly abusive things they did?

when I came forward: they emailed my sister they interviewed mom I was yelled at “was it penetrative sex?” during the interview, bc I struggled to talk they told me they wouldn’t publish that but did then I learned They Did The Same to others now u champion their metoo journalism

for the sake of asserting us (all of us survivors that kotaku has hurt in the past), here are some thoughts... PLEASE read them: we are human. our agency, humanity, integrity, safety, and truth mattered. we didn't deserve to be drug out for the sake of spectacle... (thread 1/?)

today I'm making some parts for a plant inspired by a cedar 🌲 (a thread) I started by mocking up some pieces in the plant engine to figure out which parts it will need, and to pin down a texture resolution.
