Crypto hacks cost about $1.18 billion last quarter. News score is at 0 for a fifth day. Mood stays Nervous.

· Hacken counted about $1.18 billion stolen in 107 hacks from July to September, 55% more than the quarter before.
· An attacker emptied 1,404 Qubic wallets in under two hours, worth about $1.3 million. Most of it is now frozen.
· From July 2027, people in Russia may not move crypto from a regulated account to their own wallet.

· Stablecoin payments reached about $482 billion from January to September, up 45% from last year.
· BNY and Citadel Securities used a token version of a US Treasury bond for an overnight loan. It settled in minutes.
· EU regulators named USDC the first significant stablecoin under their rules. Closer oversight starts 12 November.
