There's only so many options. 1. A Star Trek version of the chestburster scene from the '79 Alien movie with Batel. 2. Batel's saved, but turned into a half-human, half-Gorn thanks to Chapel's DNA work. 3. Batel's saved from the use of Una's blood. 4. Gorn babies everywhere.
