4) As a society, we need to get serious about the problem, and address the perpetrator, not the tool. Until that happens, these incidents will continue unabated

3) There is no gun law, existing or imagined, that can ever prevent incidents like this from happening. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying! Including presidential hopefuls. There are things we can do to reduce gun deaths, but they have nothing to do with gun laws.
