LMAO - I get an email from @CruiseAmerica TWO MONTHS after trying to reach them by phone, email (several departments) and Twitter. They say no paper trail and offer me $35 to shut up. NOT! DM me if you would like the pictures of the crap they rent.

@CruiseAmerica Don't rent from them. Terrible customer service, will not return calls. Units are nasty. I picked up and have tried to reach them by email, phone, emergency roadside ... nada.
