Sjogren’s was a “rare disease” for me in MBBS. I don’t even remember seeing a case. During MD, diagnosing one made me proud , it felt that difficult. After DM, something changed. Now I see Sjogren’s everywhere , often without the “textbook” presentation. What changed over the years? Not the disease. I changed. The way I see disease changed.
