Anyone got experience of what the non-binary teacher equivalent of Sir/Miss is? I know about Mx to replace Mr/Ms, but our kids call us sir and miss a lot, so we need that as well. Best I’ve seen so far is to use Mx, but they don’t call me ‘mister’ so that doesn’t feel quite right

At my school we are consistently struggling with chemistry from y7-11, especially in combined sci. A level usually does ok, so those who get it seem to get it. Has anyone else had that problem and/or have any solutions? #chatchemistry #asechat

The primary was set up as 2fe, went down to 1, now being merged or closed? But Ark building another new 2fe school just across the road at edcity. Seems inefficient at best.
