There were way too many times I didn’t buy something because I felt like I wasn’t skinny enough, and I’m only about 51kg (112lbs). There were also so many times where I would buy something I didn’t fit in and then keep it while I tell myself I’d get skinnier to fit in it.

So many of my healthy weight friends now consider themselves 微胖 (a little fat) because of these insane sizes and expectations. Sometimes I see videos of these so called 微胖 women, and they are really just women with a normal healthy weight, some of them are even skinny.
