Football was my first passion! It gave me the opportunity to graduate with multiple degrees from AppState. It’s given me the opportunity to play in the NFL.
And now it’s helped me create a space to introduce others to health and wellness. Dream Yoga and Wellness… May 2023💚
Can we just make sure we don’t play any more games in rain this year!!
Great win tonight fellas! @AppState_FB

Kevin Durant and his business partner, Rich Kleiman, invested in Hugging Face's seed & Series A fundraising rounds.
Nvidia just acquired the company for $12.9 billion, and since I'm told Durant invested $100,000 in the seed round and $150,000 in the Series A, he likely made more than $60 million on this investment alone.
That is one of the best athlete investments ever (and more money than Durant will make playing in the NBA this season).

I’m not jumping to conclusions, but let me say this. Fans and media be quick to label a player “injury prone” We don’t choose to get hurt… sometimes shit just happens. Y’all don’t see the rehab, the pain, the mental drain it causes. That process can make you lose yourself. This shit is real. No matter how much support you get, you still gotta fight that battle alone.
Prayers up for Rondale Moore and his family. He was a baller, no question.
Consistently being a guy on the rise, never get the mindset that you’ve arrived. High school football, college football, nfl, business owner, corporate job. Same mindset, same work ethic! 🙏🏾🖤

Nebraska HC Matt Rhule took 3 minutes today to talk about mental health following the tragic death of #Cowboys DE Marshawn Kneeland:
“Our generation of kids — my kids — they all just say, ‘Yeah, I’m fine. I’m straight.’ You really gotta unearth it. … That young man scored a TD just a couple days ago, and to the outside world you’d think he’s at the pinnacle. But he was dealing with something — I don’t know what it was. But I pray for him, him and his family.”
Watch this in full... Incredible message:
Tragedy: #Cowboys DE Marshawn Kneeland has passed away. He was just 24 years old.
RIP.
We continue to see that our highest highs and lowest lows can bring out some of the deepest feelings of trauma and emptiness. Check on your loved ones and learn the signs. 🙏🏾💚
What may seem like a perfect life on the outside to some, could be filled with the toughest battles.
Mountaineers hanging out in Charlotte. Excited to take it back to the mountain this weekend. @wxcrum
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” — Isaiah 55:8–9 🙏🏾
Coach @coach_sclark, thank you for leading with strength and grace through life and this games toughest challenges. You’ve shown us what it truly means to be a Mountaineer, while creating moments that will stay with us forever.

App State! Keep leading bro. Master doing the small things right, the things that take no talent. 🙏🏾🖤💛
Big thanks to @21DM_ERA for coming out and dropping knowledge to our guys during fall camp. Always great having App State family back to share wisdom on making the most of their opportunities—on and off the field!
