FABULOUS TRAINING FEEDBACK greeted the Society's first fully Zoom mediation course presented for the Bar Council and other delegates this week. This 40 hour course leads to SOM accreditation and includes a free CPD Day, and a free mediation observation demonstration. The delegates loved it with an average 97.3% satisfaction rating which is extraordinary. It can be undertaken from anywhere in the world and has the same wonderful Faculty teaching - as well as guest professional actors! To meet CMC requirements for in-person mediation, attendees will be offered free refresher sessions and an in-person assessment day which will be video recorded, on a wide variety of dates as soon as common sense and the Regulations permit. We anticipate that this will be able to be done in late-April given the COVID security that we have in place and the expected path of this awful pandemic.
