Miller (6-6, 215) went undrafted in the 2024 NBA Draft out of TCU. Over his collegiate career, he averaged 11.9 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 29.0 minutes in 147 games (137 starts) with both Texas A&M (2019-21) and TCU (2021-24). After the 2023-24 season, Miller was named to the All-Big 12 Conference Second Team, Associated Press All-Big 12 Conference Second Team and NABC All-District 8 Second team. He also ranked fifth in the Big 12 in scoring with 15.8 points per game.
Gortman (6-2, 184) went undrafted in the 2023 NBA Draft out of Overtime Elite and spent the 2023-24 season with the G League’s Wisconsin Herd and Rip City Remix. Over 27 games, four with the Herd and 21 with the Remix, he averaged 9.4 points, 2.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 19.0 minutes. In 14 Showcase Cup games with Wisconsin, Gortman averaged 8.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 17.2 minutes.

In today’s not so surprising news. I’m told that Tim Hardaway Jr. is preparing himself to be traded this offseason. Both the Mavericks and THJ are ready for a fresh start after he felt out of the Mavs rotation toward the end of the season and the Mavs deep playoff run.
