By Leslie Stahl’s logic, it’s wrong to require air travelers in America to go through TSA screening because (1) very few air travelers carry out terrorist acts (indeed, “the numbers are tiny”), and (2) mandatory TSA screening tends to “sow distrust” in the safety of air travel.
“There are people who feel that the point is to sow distrust about the whole election system. There are very few people who are noncitizens who end up voting very few. Very few. And so therefore what's the purpose?” 60 Minutes asks Harmeet Dhillon, who heads the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
“The point is actually the opposite of what you were saying. It's not to sow distrust. The distrust is there,” says Dhillon. “And so all of these kinds of crimes are being prosecuted now for the first time really in volume.”
State audits have shown that noncitizen voting is extremely rare, though it does happen. cbsn.ws/4z7X60k

Elon Musk becomes deeply moved, and deadly serious, when Bret Baier asks him why he called Sen. Mark Kelly a "Traitor" for pushing to send more US aid and weapons to Ukraine.
Watch every second of his response.

"I take great offense at those who put the appearance of goodness over the reality of it. Those who virtue signal and say we can't give into Russia, but have no solution to stopping thousands of kids dying every day."
"I have contempt for such people and I want to make that clear. Because they're virtue signaling and their lack of a solution means that kids don't have a father. It means parents lost a son. For what? Nothing."

Slotkin has, in many ways, done us a favor. She has revealed the ultimate purpose of lawfare, which is to override the will of voters.
This is no longer about Trump, if it ever was. The simple truth is that the left has built a long-term system to subvert election results and ultimately entrench de facto one-party rule. We cannot keep fighting the abuses one at a time while leaving the system that produces them untouched.
This is why we founded Counterlawfare.org. We need to confront this machinery head-on, expose how it operates, and awaken Americans to the full scale of the threat.
I honestly do not understand how any American who is not already a literal Communist or a literal Jihadist could vote Democrat after hearing what Slotkin said below.
This is LITERALLY totalitarianism. It's not the fake "fascism" the Left likes to accuse the Right of, it is the REAL THING.
Undeniably.
Irrefutably.
This is a sitting member of Congress who was in the CIA saying that dissent from what she believes will result in imprisonment.
This is straight out of Solzhenitsyn. Straight out of Orwell. This is something an early Nazi would have said in 1932 under the Weimar Republic.
Please please PLEASE share her words with everyone you know. The Democrat/Media Complex will try to bury this. It is up to us on social media, on blogs and via texts and emails to get the word out.
The only way to stop these monsters is to make sure that voters who don't really keep up on politics understand the actual threat, see it with their own eyes and hear it with their own ears.
Please. Spread the word to anyone who will listen. And even those who won't listen.

The DOJ's Civil Rights division has launched an investigation into into the D.C. Department of Corrections.
The DOJ is looking into whether the D.C. DOC engages in a pattern or practice of violating prisoners’ and detainees’ constitutional rights.
The D.C. DOC is accused of failing to protect inmates from use of excessive force, failing to provide adequate medical care, failing to provide safe and sanitary physical conditions of confinement, and failing to provide adequate nutrition.
The jail is also infested with mold and when members of Congress were going to visit the jail--the jail painted over the mold.

🚨 **CALIFORNIA TOOK THEIR WORD FOR IT. THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CHECKED THE RECORDS.**
Today, the Department of Justice charged **28 lawful permanent residents in California** with federal election-related crimes.
DOJ says they were not U.S. citizens, yet their voter-registration applications were approved after they certified that they were citizens.
Federal authorities arrested **11 of the 28 today**. DOJ says many of the defendants subsequently cast ballots in American elections.
Every one of the 28 also appears on the federal government’s list of **more than 20,000 California registrants identified as likely noncitizens**.
DOJ says the defendants **“knowingly and willfully lied under oath”** on their voter-registration applications by claiming U.S. citizenship.
California accepted the declarations.
Federal investigators compared those declarations against federal records.
**That difference matters.**
And it brings us directly back to **Adam Schiff.**
Adam and Eve Schiff signed mortgage-related documents concerning their Maryland home. In a recorded affidavit, signed **under penalty of perjury**, they declared:
**“The mortgaged property is our principal residence.”**
The mortgage records were associated with the Schiff Maryland loan file and the Fannie Mae mortgage system.
Meanwhile, Adam Schiff continued claiming California residency for voting and political purposes.
Those are not merely two mailing addresses.
**They are competing representations of residence contained in official records.**
The discrepancy became serious enough that FHFA Director Bill Pulte made a **criminal referral to the Department of Justice alleging mortgage fraud**, and federal prosecutors in Maryland opened an investigation. A Maryland federal grand jury subsequently became involved in the matter.
Schiff has denied wrongdoing, and no criminal charge against him has been publicly announced.
This is the larger question California now has to answer:
**When somebody makes a sworn declaration, does California simply accept it — or does anyone check it against the documents?**
Today, DOJ says it checked.
**Twenty-eight people were charged.**
Federal authorities also say **more than 20,000 additional California registrations still require citizenship verification.**
That does **not** mean 20,000 people are guilty or will be arrested. It means federal authorities say those records warrant review before their ballots are counted.
The same principle should apply regardless of who the person is.
**Compare the declarations. Compare the records. Follow the evidence.**
**THE BISH REPORT**

20,000 is enough to swing an election.
🚨 BREAKING: Trump DOJ just filed for an EMERGENCY restraining order against California, demanding the state set aside about 20,000 ballots mailed to people the feds say are likely NONCITIZENS
WHY ARE THEY OBSTRUCTING?
"Once illegally cast ballots are counted and commingled with lawful votes, the resulting harm may be impossible to remedy."
California law mails a ballot to every registered voter, so if these 20,000 are on the rolls, they already got one
The feds hand-delivered the list to LA County on Oct 13, along with a USB drive
The county REFUSED to hold a single ballot and said it isn't even allowed to check citizenship. Under state law, a voter's own signed statement counts as proof
Every name was checked against State Department and Social Security records to weed out citizens. Then it got a second layer of manual review
And there may be more coming.
California's response? They don't care.
DO NOT COUNT THESE BALLOTS

THE INVOICE: The Left Opened the Border, Sent You the Bill, and Called You a Bigot for Reading It
Every working American is carrying a debt they never agreed to. The left wrote it, the left spent it, and the left now insists the total is a hateful fantasy. So let's read it out loud, line by line.
The White House Council of Economic Advisers puts the lifetime net fiscal cost of each illegal immigrant at roughly $166,716. Across the current population, that comes to somewhere between $1.4 and $1.9 trillion. FAIR estimates the annual net hit to taxpayers at more than $150 billion, with schooling the biggest line, followed by healthcare and the justice system. The taxes paid in return cover a fraction of it.
That money has a source. It comes from the electrician in Ohio, the nurse in Arizona, and the retired couple in Florida who now check the price of eggs before putting them in the cart. They were never asked. They were simply billed.
The communist left's answer is denial. The costs were exaggerated. The strain was a Fox News invention. The border was "secure." Then the buses reached their own cities, and the denial collapsed in real time.
New York's last useless mayor, Eric Adams, said in 2023 that the migrant crisis "will destroy New York City." Chicago housed migrants on the floors of police station lobbies. Denver's Democratic mayor cut city services to cover shelter costs. These were the left's own leaders, in the left's own sanctuary cities, admitting on camera what they had called a right-wing lie a year earlier. The policy reached the people who championed it, and they couldn't survive one season of it.
This started long before the last administration. Well known shit stain Barack Obama created DACA by executive action in 2012, after Congress had refused to pass it. That taught the world that American immigration law could be rewritten from the Oval Office, and that anyone who arrived and waited might eventually be rewarded. The lesson was heard loud and clear.
Brain rotted dementia ridden fake President Joe Biden took that lesson and floored it. He ended Remain in Mexico in his first months and halted wall construction. The southwest border then logged more than two million encounters in a single fiscal year, and it happened more than once. Kamala Harris was handed the border file and became the face of a crisis her administration spent years calling a "talking point."
Then there is the money behind the machinery. George Soros's Open Society Foundations has poured funding into illegal immigrant advocacy organizations for years, and Soros-backed political committees bankrolled the campaigns of progressive district attorneys who treat enforcement as optional. When a single donor network finances both the groups suing to stop deportations and the prosecutors who decline to prosecute, the public deserves to ask what that money was meant to buy.
Look at the structure honestly. The Center for Immigration Studies finds that non-citizen-headed households use major means-tested welfare programs at rates above 50 percent, compared with the mid-30s for households headed by native-born Americans. Naturalized voters in most groups lean heavily Democratic. Chain migration compounds both trends.
You don't need a secret memo to see the incentive. A party whose voter base and client base grow every time the border opens has every reason to keep it open, and every reason to call you a racist for noticing. The projected price of the left's wish list proves the point. Amnesty plus expanded benefits adds an estimated $36 to $47 billion a year in SNAP, housing, and Medicaid spending alone. The full progressive policy package runs up to $49 trillion over a decade, which is more than $350,000 per household. That is a transfer of wealth from people who built this country to a political project that depends on their silence.
Rome understood this mechanism. The grain dole began as relief and became a permanent constituency, a city of dependents whose loyalty belonged to whoever kept the bread coming. The left has studied that history carefully. It simply chose the emperors' side.
Here is the part the left hoped you would never see:
Enforcement works. According to DHS, more than three million illegal immigrants have left the country since 2025. Southwest border releases have sat near zero for more than sixteen straight months. Apprehensions are down about 94 percent from prior averages. ICE arrests have hit monthly highs above 50,000, and operations like Midway Blitz in Chicago removed thousands.
Every one of those numbers was declared impossible. We were told the border could not be controlled, that it required "comprehensive reform," and that it needed billions more for processing centers. It turned out to need a president willing to enforce laws already on the books. The left's response has been protests, lawsuits, and sanctuary ordinances designed to shield non-citizens from the same laws citizens must obey.
This past weekend France burned. Police made about 2,400 arrests, nearly 1,000 officers were injured, and the 143-year-old town hall in Limoges was gutted by fire. The French government itself blamed ultra-left groups for the violence. Europe's left spent decades telling its citizens that any concern about order, cohesion, or the cost of open policy was extremism. The French are now counting arrests and burned buildings.
America still has time to learn from that.
The midterms come down to one question. Do you want a nation of citizens, with borders, laws, and duties that run in both directions? Or do you want an open welfare colony run by a political class that taxes you to fund its own electorate and smears you for objecting?
The left has given you its answer for fifteen years. You have seen the invoice. Now you get to vote on whether to keep paying it.

In 1957, a Russian immigrant published a novel of more than a thousand pages built around one question: what happens if the people who make the world run simply stop?
Its title is Atlas Shrugged. In France it's called La Grève, The Strike. It wasn't even translated into French until 2011. That tells you something.
This morning, I think Elon Musk wrote the sequel.
A. Where the book comes from.
Ayn Rand was born Alisa Rosenbaum in Saint Petersburg in 1905. As a teenager, she watched Bolshevik soldiers walk into her father's pharmacy and seize it in the name of the people. Her family lost everything. Not to a competitor. To a committee.
She fled to America in 1926 and spent the rest of her life writing about one distinction: those who create, and those who seize.
B. The story.
In Atlas Shrugged, America is sliding into decline. Not because of war. Because of rules. Year after year, a growing class of bureaucrats, regulators and planners decides that production must be controlled, shared "fairly," frozen. They never build anything. They issue directives. The worst one freezes every worker in his job and forces every inventor to hand over his patents for the public good.
And one by one, the people who make the country run start disappearing. The best engineers. The industrialists. The inventors. An oil man sets his own wells on fire before vanishing. The whole country keeps repeating a question it doesn't understand: "Who is John Galt?"
John Galt is the man behind the disappearances. He has convinced the creators to go on strike. They withdraw to a hidden valley in the Colorado mountains, where everyone keeps what they make and trades freely. And they let the world find out what it looks like without them.
The lights go out in New York. The grey men are left alone with their directives, and discover that a directive has never produced a single kilowatt.
C. The core idea.
The strike isn't about money. It's about consent.
Rand's insight is that the system that captures the creators runs on their cooperation. It needs them to keep producing so it has something to redistribute. The bureaucrat is a parasite who needs a host. Remove the host, and he's exposed as what he always was: useless.
D. What Musk just did.
This morning, Musk announced that next year he will give one of his own SpaceX shares to every kid in America. "The first of many."
Here's what's fascinating. It's the strike, run in reverse.
Rand's creators withdrew. Musk stays. He keeps building rockets, satellites, AI. But instead of walking away from the system, he walks around it. The value goes straight from the builder to the citizen. No ministry, no agency, no committee in the middle.
Rand had to make the creators disappear to prove the bureaucrats were useless. Musk doesn't need to disappear. He just needs to stop routing value through them. Same result. The grey men are left standing in the middle of a pipe nobody uses anymore.
E. The difference that changes everything.
Rand's strike has a flaw her critics never stopped pointing out: ordinary people are left behind. The creators retreat to their valley. The rest of the country sits in the dark.
Musk's version fixes that. He isn't taking the creators out of the world. He's bringing the world into the valley. Every kid in America becomes a shareholder in the machine. Not a spectator of the strike. A participant.
That's the alliance being formed right now: builders and citizens, directly, with nothing in between. And the only people who lose that deal are the ones who never built anything.
F. Why now, and not in 1957.
In Rand's time, the strike was a fantasy. You couldn't produce at scale without the state's permission, and you couldn't reach every citizen without its pipes.
In 2026, one founder can build rockets, run a global network from orbit, and pledge equity to 73 million children in a single post. AI will soon do in seconds what a ministry does in years. The tools of the strike finally exist. And they don't require anyone to leave.
G. The ending.
For seventy years, "Who is John Galt?" was a shrug. A way of saying nothing can be done.
In the book, the strike ends when the creators decide the road is clear and walk back into the world to rebuild it.
That's the scene we're watching. Not a man leaving. A man coming back, with a gift for every child.
The grey men are about to discover what Rand promised them seventy years ago: a world that no longer needs them.
I don't know if you realize what just happened.
Elon Musk is completely bypassing the State.
For 100 years, we've been told the problem is capital. That it must be captured, taxed, redistributed. With an army of intermediaries standing between those who create wealth and the people: ministries, agencies, commissions, bureaucrats.
Musk is doing the opposite. He's taking his capital and giving it directly to the people. One SpaceX share to every kid in America. Not a handout. Not a subsidy. A piece of the machine that's taking humanity to Mars.
And he says it himself: this is the first of many.
Mises understood this back in 1944: the bureaucrat creates nothing. He administers what others created, following rules that have no connection to the value produced. The day value flows directly from the one who creates it to the one who receives it, the bureaucrat has no function left.
That's what's being born right now. A new liberal world order, where the very concept of the State will make less and less sense.
The world we're entering is a world of abundance. AI, robots, energy, space. And that abundance won't come through the State, for one simple reason: we have a century of proof that it doesn't work.
Redistribution was version 1.0. Direct distribution of capital is 2.0.
While France is still debating how to tax builders even more, America is handing stock to its kids.
Pick your side.

That said, dear Senator @JohnCornyn, Ukraine has never had Starshield satellite communications. EVER!
Starshield is a U.S. military communications network that is not shared with Ukraine due to the implications therein. Giving Starshield to Ukraine would be akin to the United States openly operating the targeting system against a nuclear armed Russia.
Surely, as a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and a long-time tenured member of the Republican Senatorial Leadership team, you must know this.
