Sandra Birchmore did, indeed, seek a lawyer just 4 days before her death in order to bring Matthew Farwell to court over her unborn baby.
She contacted Attorney Jessica Katz.
Replying to @GrantSmithEllis @ameliarstern1
"You said Ms. Birchmore spoke with an Attorney Named Jessica Katz?"
"Yes."
"Exhibit 229 please, page 2. What does Ms. Birchmore ask the phone number ending 2389 (Jessica Katz)?"
"By any chance do you do probate court, as of now out of count agreements aren't working. What do you charge? If things keep going this way, I will need you."

Wainwright Veterans reporting in - Nothing is adding up. Reports that no gas well was in the live area. Also if a gas well was hit it would not flatten buildings it would go straight up into the air, based on experiences (well guy). There was nothing to do with gas, through insider information. Based on the maps, there is nothing in the live fire training.
The ranges point away from the amunitions depots, pointing SW of the amo dump. "How does an external fire breach 4ft of concrete they are designed to take a 500 lb bomb." 31 years of combat tanker experience. This is not a stray round ... or a brush fire.
The Code Orange and injuries were reported within an hour to the PM & Premier.
Accounts from someone on the firing line was it was a shoulder fired HE round that "Dolphined" after it left the tube and went astray. NOT artillery.
This round hit a gas well which exploded and flattened the 3 Kill Houses that were full of troops which happened to be in close proximity of the well. Approx 300 troops inside and many waiting outside them. There is nothing but splinters left of them.
This also started a major fire that was fed by high winds that swept through the main Bivouac site housing the majority of troops in the field.
The amount of injured is staggering and the fatality count IS going to climb as they recover more victims.
In my 20+ years in the Army, I have only heard of a dolphining round happening once from a shoulder fired rocket. Not sure what would cause this other than possibly a faulty propellent.

Three kill houses and hundreds of soldiers within 600’ of a wellhead/pipeline rupture? Our training for fighting a well fire (already burning) was to be back at least 50 yards. The “fire then breached an ammunition dump” scenario is still implausible, but a bit less so. Literally none of the propounded theories make logical sense. Hopefully the government will say something beyond “a fire ignited” soon.

Alberta's already experienced acts of domestic terrorism using oil & gas industry infrastructure in the 90's with case of Wiebo Ludwig. The fractured political climate in Canada along with this huge CDN military incident a couple days prior to an Alberta separation vote, is nuts.

I want to help clarify some thing about the Wainright CFB tragedy. I work in oil gas and can help explain some things from the pipeline/gaswell side
There are around 180 wellheads on the cfb property. Only 35% of those wellheads are active. There are active gas pipelines running through the properties. There is no crude oil production or infrastructure on the property.
A breach of a gas pipeline would result in a violent blowout followed by intesne thermal heat. They call it a jet fire. The pipeline is highly pressurized with no oxygen in the line. There would be an initial explosion and the fire would burn fiercely like a jet until isolation valves are closed.
Blast zone 200-600ft
Thermal safety zone 1500' - 4000'
A breach of a producing wellhead is a significantly more volatile and complex scenario as the wellhead is the last line of defense between the well and the surface. A breached wellhead can tap into an effectiveicy infinite supply of fuel. If the explosion destroys the valves it is now an uncontrolled blowout. The result would be a giant fire torch generating extreme radiant heat capable of melting nearby metal. It can take weeks to fix these blowouts.
Blast zone 300'-500'
They more than likely did not strike an active wellhead. A truly perplexing event .
I hope this clarifys some information cause I am seeing posts saying there are no active gaslines on the property which is just not true!
With this information you can form your own opinion on could've happened.

US, Russia, and Israel appear to be coordinating against Europe and Canada, and it is clearly escalating. Trump & Netanyahu face being declawed in a few weeks. We must remain calm and resolute, do not give in to their provocations and destabilisation attempts. Together strong.

The Carl G is a recoilless rifle design. Where you point it is general where the round goes (similar to a bullet) as long as the weapon is properly zeroed. The NG pipelines run throughout this part (& other parts) of the training area but are buried some 6’ down. A normally functioning Carl G round cannot penetrate to that depth & still have sufficient velocity to then penetrate a pipeline.
I wasn’t on that range, but I have been dozens & dozens of times firing the very same rounds or supervising others firing them. I’ve never in 20 years seen an HE round malfunction like that but three separate soldiers who were there described the incident to me & the Mayor of Wainwright some 5 km away, mentioned a window rattling explosion before a short period of silence & then non stop sirens, helicopters, ambulances & planes.
A fast moving wildfire does cause an explosion that rattles windows 5 km away.
So at this point, I have no explanation for what caused the explosion beyond what these 3 soldiers told me but certainly am not willing to accept that this was just a grassfire that got out of control.

Canadian authorities say a fire had begun roughly a kilometer from where armed forces were training several hours before the incident at CFB Wainwright, but base administration determined the fire did not pose an excessive risk and training at the base was allowed to continue. But then due to uncommonly strong winds the fire overtook part of the base where training was ongoing.
