I don’t mind the transparency from the Big 12 about the :01 on the clock but that’s only looking at the back end. As we’ve all seen the clock started late and the entire play was more than four full seconds (barely). Why not acknowledge the timing of the whole play?

Refs got it right, but it came down to LITERALLY a tenth of a second. However, we know that there can't be EXACTLY 4 seconds on the clock since the previous second had been running, so there was most likely something like 3.8 or 3.9 seconds meaning game is over.
