Received notice from @BCFerries that our reservation for a sailing this Thursday (before Easter weekend) is cancelled. Booked 2 months ago but NOTHING they can do to help - even when we’re travelling with a disabled person. More like, nothing they’re willing to do. #RuinedWeekend
